   After readjusting, the king took a stockinet fabric and gently slipped it onto his foot, where only his toes stuck out, and stretched the rest up his leg where he stopped only a few centimeters from his knee.
   Then after applying the stockinet, the king then took a roll of cotton as he wrapped it firmly around his leg and on top of the stockinet. Then using his powers to keep it from unwrapping, the king took a large bucket and had one of his guards fill it with water.

    After awhile as the sun started to beam down, Virmont was starting to get trusty as he carried back his first basket of strawberries. Then after taking a few drinks, Virmont finished dumping his basket into the larger basket and headed back out to finish up the last two rows of strawberries.
    Finally when the strawberry rows were done, Virmont headed back to dump what he had into the basket but that's when Suran noticed that Virmont's basket wasn't even full as he marched over to him and pulled him back before he was able to dump it.

    As the next morning came, Suran, who went to wake Virmont up to do his work, had gone back to his old curl self only this time he was worse and no matter how many times Virmont tried to please him, Suran was just not happy with his work.
    Then finally, after getting yelled at and punished for every little mess up, Virmont couldn't take it anymore as he left running down the hall in tears, knowing that if he could just make it out he would be free.
    But just as he turned the corner to run out, Virmont was spotted by the guards as he quickly turned and ran the other way while they shouting to him to stop.

    That next morning, as Suran came in to get Virmont up around three again, to start him on his cores, Virmont had no problem getting up this time but even though he was still tired, he was at least better rested then the night before as he headed out to do his work.
   But since the dishes had gotten completely done last night, Suran decided to have him do something else as he led him to the back of the castle and into a room as they head down a long dark narrow hallway.
    At the end of the hall was a door with a little light hanging above it and behind it was another hallway, this time heading down a spiral of stairs.

    After dinner was served and all was settled from the incident before, Kaustin, who stayed back in the kitchen while Virmont got a head start on the dishes, was sewing up the back of Virmont's garment with some string they used to tie up meat, since that was the only garment he had left to give.
    After he was finished, Kaustin jumped into help and once dinner was over most of the big pots and pans were already cleaned up and ready for tomorrow. Then as the other servants brought in the rest of the other smaller dishes and cups from the table, Suran came in and started to tell everyone to leave so Virmont could do the rest
